Starting filming

What technology will you need in order to begin filming?

I honestly do not think I will need a lot, probably just my phone and a computer to do some editing. I have a polaroid camera I could use to add picture props to my film. Kind of like a mysterious thing where I add photos on a table or something. Its little things I can use to add suspense and interest into my film. There isn't too much technology I think I will need to use because really all I need is a camera to record, as well as an editing app to put pieces together and most likely need to cut some out.

What will your film look, sound, and feel like?

The goal for my film is to feel very suspenseful and even have you on edge while watching it. I want it to be something that has you wondering what is going to happen, not just expecting what's going to happen like a typical horror film opening. The sound is going to be very low toned, slow, mysterious music. I want to try to put a certain sound in the background to add suspense to what is already going on. This will go very hand in hand with the dark theme and how it is going to be outside or "in the middle of nowhere". It should feel very uneasy, I want it to make you feel as if you are in the film yourself. As if you are worried on what is going to happen next and the music will help add to that feeling. It will be able to lead up to the next event based off the tone, pitch, and loudness of song choice. In most horror film I feel as if they use the same sounds and make it obvious with the music what is going to happen, with mine I want to make it to where it is calm and you wouldn't know what happens after.
