  Jazlynn Ramos Media Studies CCR Day 2   1.        As of research I would search up movies that are similar to my plot. Movies that took place in the woods or movies that were of the horror film genre in general. Now, as of researching my production company. I chose Blumhouse Productions because they specialize in horror films. I researched movies they have produced. 2.        Before, I assumed we were answering this question as if we were a real movie maker. CCR Day 4

  Jazlynn Ramos CCR Day 4 Ms. Landis   1.        The equipment I used was just my cell phone. My cell phone was the easiest thing to get a hold of as well as to edit the clips. I found an app on the app store and used it to edit my pieces together. As well as a social media app to post my credits at the end of my film. 2.        I learned a little about technology honestly because its not much I haven’t already figured out on my own. CCR Day 1

  CCR Day 1 Jazlynn Ramos         My film uses genre conventions because of how the film starts. It starts with 2 women driving and their car breaks down, I feel as if this scene is typical horror film. As well as when they begin to realize they are lost in the woods. My decisions weren’t hard to make for this opening because before I even really started, I had a clear idea of what I wanted to do. The setting I chose was fairly easy to not only film but make it make sense in the sense of what is going on. It is the woods which goes hand in hand leading to when they find the house that they will soon try to enter. As of sound, the music that is played in the back is to create some type of suspense.
